Meet Our Team
After high school, David attended Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Mathematics in 2007. He thereafter obtained a Masters in Fine Arts with an emphasis on creative writing from the University of Colorado. David obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law in 2021, graduating at the top of his class. While in law school, David received the top grade in multiple classes, including Antitrust Law and Consumer Protection, Constitutional Law, Federal Income Tax, and Torts. David also served as Copy Editor for the University of South Dakota Law Review and a Graduate Assistant to Professor Allen Madison, and participated in the law school’s trial team. In addition to receiving a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Dakota, David received his PhD in English with an emphasis in Creative Literary Studies in 2023.
Following law school, David had the honor of serving as the pro se law clerk for the United States District Court, District of South Dakota. After completing his clerkship, David joined the firm in 2023.
