Meet Our Attorneys
Bill Fuller
Bill Fuller began practicing law in South Dakota in 1973. Bill's family has a long history in South Dakota's legal community. His father, Howell Fuller, was one of the founding partners of Woods, Fuller, Shultz & Smith P.C., and his great-grandfather, Howard G. Fuller, sat on the South Dakota Supreme Court.
Hilary Williamson
Hilary graduated magna cum laude from the University of Sioux Falls. During her undergraduate career, she was a Presidential Scholarship recipient, was named the All-American Cross Country Scholar Athlete, and served as a Faculty Development Board Member. Hilary received her law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law, where she graduated with Sterling Honors. While in law school, she was the Lead Articles Editor for the South Dakota Law Review.
Derek Nelsen
Derek graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. He then attended law school at the University of South Dakota School of Law. As a testament to his writing and advocacy skills, Derek was simultaneously a Law Review Editor and a Moot Court Board Member during law school. Derek graduated from law school as a Sterling Honors Graduate and was the recipient of the Law School’s Gavel Award.
Eric Preheim
Eric graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Dakota in 2006 and received his Juris Doctorate in 2009 from the University of South Dakota School of Law. In law school, Eric received the top grade in Insurance, Civil Procedure, Evidence, Appellate Advocacy, Commercial Law, Contracts, and several other classes. He also graduated law school with Sterling Honors and was selected as the Lexis Award recipient by the law school faculty.
Molly Beck
Molly is a native of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. After high school, Molly attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Molly then attended law school at the University of South Dakota School of Law. She received her Juris Doctor in May 2014 and graduated in the top ten percent of her class with Sterling Honors. During law school, Molly was a member of the school’s trial team and competed in regional and national tournaments.
Andy Fick
Andy joined Fuller Williamson in 2018. Andy attended college at the University of South Dakota, where he studied English, Political Science, and Criminal Justice. He then attended law school at the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law - graduating at the top of his class. While in law school, Andy was an editor for the South Dakota Law Review and President of the law school’s trial team.
Tierney Scoblic
Tierney joined Fuller Williamson in 2022. Tierney attended college at the University of Sioux Falls, where she studied criminal justice, sociology, and psychology, and graduated magna cum laude. Tierney attended law school at the University of South Dakota Knutson School of Law on a full tuition scholarship. While in law school, Tierney served as a law school ambassador and Vice President of the Moot Court Board.
David Levine
David joined Fuller Williamson in 2023. He graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Mathematics, and then received his Masters in Fine Arts from the University of Colorado. Thereafter, David attended law school at the University of South Dakota Knutson School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2021, graduating at the top of his class. In addition to his Juris Doctorate, David also received a PhD in English with an emphasis on Creative Literary Studies. David served as the pro se clerk for the South Dakota United States District Court, Southern Division, before joining the firm.
